In this sharing, we discuss more on how Singaporean invest on private properties and what kind of consideration, what kind of returns and exactly how much is required to own a private property in Singapore. As a property owner, I realised that there's a lot of cost and expenses when owning one. From stamp duties, to maintenance fee and finding the right bank to provide effective mortgage loans, to getting a good tenant. Every factor has its risk. The question is, is it really worth it?
